A big part of building a Culture of We is holding your team accountable to the behaviors that contribute to such a culture. In our research, we learned that those behaviors really don’t have to require skill. In fact, the simpler they are, the better! That’s why we’ve put together a poster to emphasize 6 behaviors we believe contribute to a Culture of We.
We encourage you to download, print, and hang it up in your team’s locker room as a reminder.
